About the Post:

Join a leading-edge team as Executive Manager Growth & Sustainability Services Office.  

Are you looking for the next challenge in your career in return for excellent employee benefits and the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment alongside some of the most senior members of the organisation.  We are looking for someone with a passion for driving organisational excellence for our new role of Executive Manager  Growth & Sustainability Services Office. Working for one of our Executive Directors, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the work of our Growth & Sustainability  management team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our board meetings run seamlessly, highlighting issues and following up on important actions. Collaborating with the Executive Director, you’ll handle correspondence, research and create insightful reports, and co-ordinate priority projects. 

On a day-to-day basis you will lead the Executive Director’s office, managing the directorate support roles and overseeing workloads. Simultaneously, you will assume a crucial role in horizon scanning and drafting briefs for the Executive Director, addressing key issues. You will be instrumental in helping us drive innovative technology adoption, championing Microsoft 365 and Artificial Intelligence. You will collaborate seamlessly with various management teams and external bodies, fostering excellent relationships and progressing work on the Executive Director’s behalf. You will lead and design events, conferences, and visits, demonstrating your organisational skills and making sure they run smoothly. 

You’ll need excellent organisational skills, outstanding communication skills, a drive to deliver to high standards at all times and a good eye for detail.
