The Sustainability Manager will support our prestigious Government Agency in managing their Environmental Management System.
Job Description
As Sustainability Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on legislative compliance and best practices in environmental management.
Your responsibilities include managing monthly reporting, preparing environmental and carbon report packs, and offering narrative and advice on next steps.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the customers EMS and associated documents
- Managing the audit and inspection schedule against the programme
- Supporting with action management
- Supporting with external certification audits
- Building relationships across the customer networks to help hold the programme and objectives within other departments priorities
- Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual reports are planned, prepared and delivered on time – working as part of the customers Environmental and Sustainability Teams
- Assisting in working on continual improvement opportunities with the customer
- Meeting and Network groups – support action management as needed
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Extensive experience in ISO14001 – experience in a similar role working with a high profile client
- Security clearance – ability to pass BPSS
- Experience in data analysis and advanced in Excel, keen individual who strives with routine reporting
- Qualification: Degree in Environmental Discipline and professional qualifications
