The Role
The Compliance and Data Lead ensures ESG data accuracy and compliance across the organisation, with equal focus on both areas. This role upholds data integrity to inform strategy and support decarbonisation while managing global compliance and adherence to ESG policies. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, conducting audits, analysing data for insights, overseeing mandatory reporting, and verifying local compliance with global standards.
What will you be doing?
Data Management (50%)
- Lead ESG data collection, validation, and integrity for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain an ESG performance dashboard.
- Conduct quarterly emissions reviews to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
- Analyse ESG data to support decarbonisation at all levels.
Compliance Management (50%)
- Oversee global ESG reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Manage adherence to ESG policies, including water usage and anti-slavery.
- Verify local compliance with global policies through regular reviews.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and processes.

- Familiarity with ESG data platforms
- Familiarity with ESG Flo and internal auditor certification is desirable
