Salary: £24,768 – £27,520 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Home based Midlands (with occasional travel to Worcester/Solihull office as required)

We are currently looking for a Sustainability Data Administrator to join our growing team and be part of our mission to invest in people and communities, helping to build a stronger, more sustainable future.

As an integral member of our Sustainability team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, assisting with a range of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our sustainability programs. This will include maintaining and updating sustainability data records, collating information for Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) claims, and overseeing communications directed to the Sustainability team. You’ll also handle financial administration, including processing orders, invoices, and payments for sustainability projects, ensuring all records and transactions are accurate and timely.

Some of the things we are looking for:

  • Strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent.
  • Experience of maintaining databases.
  • Strong IT skills including experience of using Microsoft products such as Microsoft Excel.
  • A positive outlook, strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
