Join our team as a Sustainability & Compliance Administration Officer at National Windscreens and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of our business.
What you’ll be doing…
You will have responsibility for supporting sustainability and compliance; maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and regulation and the promotion of sustainable best practice throughout the business. responsible for;
- Scheduling engaging health and safety training programs for employees at all levels in partnership with our LD&T team.
- Keeping us compliant by managing and administering supplier sustainability and compliance processes, ensuring timely renewals, precise record-keeping, and adherence to regulatory obligations.
- Compile and monitor accident reports in our T100 system, driving health and safety improvements through data and insights.
- Policy management, overseeing document control for policies and procedures, scheduling reviews to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Assist with the annual data returns process as required, including for example, emission data collection process, sustainability reporting, health and safety statistics and others as required.
- Working with the team support the introduction of sustainability and compliance initiatives including assisting with content requests for internal and external communications planning.
- Support all aspects of the internal and ISO audit process to ensure successful outcomes, in a planned and timely fashion for the team and the business.

- A high level of computer literacy and be fully conversant with Office 365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
