Hours: 36.5 hours FTE, part time hours considered. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need)
Salary: starting at £37,009 to £44,263 per annum, pro rata if part time
The University of Sussex has a clear ambition to be one of the most sustainable universities in the world. We are investing in our Sustainability Team with a number of new roles, so that we can increase our capacity and capability, and deliver on our commitment to environmental sustainability.
About you
We are looking for a creative campaigns manager to lead on University-wide campaigns to support the bold ambitions of our Sustainability Strategy which was launched in 2021. The role, which sits within the Communications, Marketing and Advancement (CMA) division, will be part of the virtual Sustainability Team and be responsible for planning and delivering strategically important campaigns that raise the profile of our strategy with internal and external audiences.
In this role you will use your creative flair and excellent attention to detail to work with colleagues across the University to create engaging and inspiring multichannel campaigns. You will need to have a variety of high-level skills and behaviours including strategic communications planning and the ability to develop strong and trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Content production and promotion is an important part of this role and you will need experience of developing and creating digital content for a variety of different audiences and platforms.
