Overview
ESG Rec are working with a major international consulting firm who are growing their already high performing function by hiring for a talented auditing professional to support with their Sustainability Assurance function.
Brief:
- Updating policies to meet CSRD and audit requirements
- Supporting compliance with CSRD regulations
- Assisting in sustainability assurance and CSRD training
- Providing guidance on CSRD-related engagement letters
- Developing expertise in EU CSRD policy and reporting standards
- Monitoring compliance and staying informed on CSRD changes
- Addressing technical audit and CSRD queries.
Key requirements:
- CAI/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of CSRD assurance requirements
- Experience in auditing or sustainability assurance
- Strong project management, technical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of ISAs and assurance standards (e.g., ISAE 3000)
- Experience working with C-suite executives.
Desirable:
- Strong deadline management and decisive engagement style
- Knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS, and CSRD/ESRS
- Digital auditing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint).
