Overview
The Resources Recovery and Waste (RRW) team in Anthesis UK is well established and provides services across the three interaction areas of our client journey, from analytics to implementation and solutions. We work with a very diverse client base which includes well-known brands, trade bodies, private companies across multiple sectors, waste management operators and the investment community. We are also proud to have delivered some of the most pioneering waste and circular economy projects in the NGO and public sectors throughout our 10-year history.
Anthesis has recently received a significant investment from Carlyle, with impact investment from Palatine and Tikehau. This represents the opportunity to continue to grow and develop our services and geographic reach as well as the impact that we can deliver during the decisive decade. As part of its commitment to sustainable performance leadership, Anthesis has created an exciting new structure, and our global teams have taken a step closer to seamless working. Our UK RRW team is currently the center of excellence in our global resource pool, with smaller teams working collaboratively from elsewhere in our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), North and Latin America and APAC regions.

- Supporting investors and infrastructure developers to understand the feedstock markets and regulatory landscape in which facilities operate and build the new facilities needed to create a circular economy.

- Overseeing waste footprinting, waste auditing and compliance reviews for our FMCG, retailer and other large multinational clients.
- Line management and coaching/ mentoring team members to increase their technical waste knowledge and ability to apply knowledge to a variety of clients.
Anthesis operates an agile structure which empowers colleagues to use their expertise and skills across other areas of the Advisory Community to which they belong. There will also be strong links to the enabling functions within Anthesis, such as our marketing team, client discovery and our client activator guides, and Anthesis Digital.
