In the rapidly changing non-financial reporting environment (CSRD, TNFD, Climate Transition Plan…), we currently have an exciting and unique opportunity for a ESG Reporting Specialist based at our head office in East Yorkshire. In this global role, you will be responsible for the routine quarterly and support the delivery of annual sustainability reporting, the preparation of the responses for the submission to rating agencies, for managing the data collation and supporting the group ESG Reporting manager in the development of policies and procedures for continuous improvement, including providing global training for users. You will be called upon to provide specialist information, guidance and support on sustainability matters to Croda sites, functions, businesses

Essentials:

  • A passion for sustainability
  • Experience with ESG reporting (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ESG rating frameworks
  • Comfortable working with large amount of data
  • Excellent at planning your own workload and dealing with competing deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, able to network effectively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical and IT skills

Desirables:

  • Experience working within a corporate sustainability role
  • Sphera Cloud Reporting System
  • Subject Matter Knowledge on Climate (GHG Reporting Standard)
  • Educated to degree level in environmental, sustainability-related or finance related discipline
