Overview

Purpose of the position:  

  • Enabling business and significant growth across the organization with sustainable engineering solutions (Add Better Consulting resulting NEXUS solutions)
  • Developing conceptional designs for decarbonization of costumer sites (mainly food and beverage)

Tasks:  

  • International sales and sales support including trade shows and conferences
  • Independent organization and execution of cross divisional onsite assessments for international costumer (mainly food and beverage industry)
  • Project management
  • Data collection and analysis on refrigeration systems and interfaces to process plants applying for a holistic view, e.g. applying
  • DIN EN ISO DIN EN ISO 14040/44: Environmental management –  Life cycle assessment
  • DIN EN ISO 14067: Greenhouse gases -Carbon footprint of products -Requirements and guidelines for quantification
  • DIN EN 17463:2021-12: Valuation of energy-related investments (VALERI)
  • Concept development for sustainable engineering solutions and Net Zero Carbon Strategies applying heat pumps technologies in a holistic integration concept
  • Writing consulting reports and presenting technical decarbonization concepts to customers
  • Development and improvement of feasibility and analysis tools and related internal training content
  • Development and improvement of TCO calculations and financial tools
  • Price indications and budget quotations of refrigeration and heat pump solutions and relevant integration infrastructure
  • Interface to refrigeration contractors
  • Support of cross-divisional cooperation
  • Supervision of students

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, preferable with a strong focus on industrial refrigeration ​
  • Deep understanding of industrial heating and refrigeration technology, its technology and applied components and services
  • ​Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and design of industrial refrigeration systems and heat pump applications
  • ​Strong understanding of thermodynamics
  • ​Good understanding of industrial processes (focus on food and beverage market)
  • ​Good understanding of market trends in refrigeration
  • ​Good understanding of technological trends in refrigeration
  • ​Proven track of Sales experience is an advantage
  • ​CAD skill is an advantage
  • Project- and self-management skills
  • ​Interpersonal skills (power of persuasion, conviction and well-argued reasoning, proven to maintain & build up relationships and networks with relevant decision makers and stakeholders)
  • ​Strong analytical skills & problem-solving attitude
  • ​Ability to think and plan strategically
  • ​Change management mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changes in assignments and priorities
  • ​Strong Customer / Service orientation
  • ​Business language is English. ​Additional languages are an advantage due to international business ​
