Community Action Suffolk (CAS) is the county’s infrastructure organisation for the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector. We exist to ensure our sector, and its volunteers are supported, safe and sustainable and that our communities are active and resilient.

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Sustainability Officer to join our friendly team to support the VCFSE sector to become more financially sustainable and resilient.

Maybe you have a background in finance, funding or fundraising and are looking to share your skills and knowledge with others?

You will provide specialist financial sustainability support to a wide range of VCFSE organisations and groups. You will support them to understand their financial position, develop their case for support, and enable them to diversify income and become more financially resilient.

This role would suit a proactive person with sound business acumen, attention to detail and can do attitude. You will be a flexible communicator able to support a wide range of people from established organisations to start ups.
