Overview

Key responsibilities:

  • Compile monthly and quarterly ESG corporate reporting.
  • Compile Group monthly carbon accounting and waste reporting.
  • Monitor measurable ESG, strategy & sustainability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Complete regular benchmarking exercises to assess ESG performance.
  • Communicate emerging ESG risks and trends to management teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with ESG regulations, standards, and guidelines, including CSRD and SFDR.
  • Arrange and manage ESG internship positions.
  • Design and deliver training programmes conveying ESG principles both internally and externally.
  • Identify relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities including the submission of entries.

Skills and qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and identifying errors.
  • Strong English literacy and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ESG and CSRD
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Experience with invoicing, and basic accounting functions.
  • Proactive approach to identifying solutions and sense of initiative.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Honours degree in relevant subject

Preferred but not essential:

  • Qualification in sustainability or relevant field is favorable.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience.
