The Opportunity

Eight Versa is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their sustainability journey.

This is a busy position that plays a substantial role in the success of our company and requires someone with a business acumen, who can understand the client’s challenges, needs and goals.


  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. This includes onboarding new clients, familiarizing them with our services, and establishing strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific sustainability goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences, building rapport and establishing mutually beneficial connections.
  • Prepare bids, proposals, and presentations to win new clients and projects.
  • Develop tailored sustainability solutions.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and clients
  • Engage with the wider technical team to develop a deep understanding of our services
  • Undertake business development as a matter of course, expanding our reach and client base by promoting our services with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay up to date on the latest sustainability trends and best practices.

Personal attributes and skills:

  • Experience in Account Management / Business Development, ideally within the corporate sustainability sector
  • Proven track record of building strong relationship with clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
