Apprenticeship position to act as the social conscience for Zayo Europe, helping us to innovate and drive our ambitions for social and environmental change.
Supporting and steering the Sustainability initiatives for 2024 and beyond.
Responsibilities Include
- Become a CR&S Champion
- Consolidate and review historical Sustainability practices
- Support European team to achieve Corporate Sustainability targets
- Assist in identifying approaches to reduce carbon footprint across the
- European estate
- Assist in identifying current carbon footprint and build priority list of
- improvements
- Build and maintain inventory of emission data for European estate, to be
- used for official reporting
- Manage and Influence Stakeholder Relationships
- Identify and Evaluate Potential Stakeholders
- Mobilise and Educate Colleagues to meet CR&S Objectives
- Design, Negotiate and Deliver CR&S Projects with External Partners
Qualifications / Experience Requirements
- Time Management
- General understanding of the Telecoms Industry would be preferred.
- Being Proactive and Independent
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- The Mindset of a Contributor
- Computer literate – Word, Excel, Google documents, Google Drives.
- Understanding and using CR&S Metrics
- Managing, Storing and Manipulating Data
