About the Role
Reporting to the Group Environmental & Sustainability Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our environmental goals, including:

Analysing and improving the energy performance of our housing portfolio.

Supporting our journey to EPC Band C by 2030 and Net Carbon Zero.

Developing strategies for retrofitting homes and decarbonising operations.

Contributing to new build programmes and corporate sustainability initiatives.

Monitoring emissions, setting realistic targets, and reporting progress.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:

Passionate about environmental sustainability in social housing.

Experienced in carbon reporting, SHDF-funded retrofit projects, and sustainability legislation.

Skilled in data analysis and trend identification.

A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
-
A degree in a related field or equivalent sector experience is essential.
