About the Role
As our Sustainability Project Manager, you will:
- Lead bpha’s sustainability programme and decarbonisation roadmap.
- Manage environmental improvement projects and WH:SHF Wave 3 delivery.
- Champion energy efficiency across our housing stock, ensuring compliance with EPC Band C targets by 2030.
- Analyse and model energy data to inform strategic decisions.
- Secure funding for carbon reduction initiatives and manage income-generating energy projects.
- Act as bpha’s ambassador for sustainability, promoting innovation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a costed decarbonisation roadmap with full stakeholder buy-in.
- Influence specifications to reduce carbon emissions and improve climate resilience.
- Research and apply new technologies to enhance energy performance.
- Provide Retrofit Co-ordinator support and ensure PAS2035 compliance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A skilled communicator with strong data analysis and report writing abilities.
- Experienced in developing and executing sustainability strategies.
- Knowledgeable in building regulations, asset management, and energy efficiency technologies.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent (e.g. RICS, CIOB), with experience in PAS2035-compliant projects.
