Overview
As part of the overall Sustainability Solutions Product team, the Regulatory Solutions team develops and manages the line of regulation-driven products and solutions including EU Taxonomy, SFDR Principal Adverse Impacts, ESMA Fund Name Guidelines, and UK Sustainability Disclosure Requirement solutions. We are looking to hire a Product Manager to support ongoing product management and the development of new enhancements for our Regulatory Solutions product suite. The position reports to the Regulatory Solutions product head.
Responsibilities:
- Support product development and enhancement efforts for ISS Sustainability Regulatory Solutions products
- Solicit stakeholder feedback on covered products
- Maintain product backlog and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Write detailed product requirement documents and functional specifications
- Develop product illustrations and prototypes based on an understanding of the user experience
- Support the integration of products into client deliverables and ISS ESG’s platform
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure successful launch planning and execution
- Assist in product education of internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project/product management or related research experience
- Knowledge of ESG regulations such as EU Taxonomy and SFDR PAI and understanding of the sustainability disclosure landscape and frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS and ISSB/IFRS
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new content, and be a recognized content expert on target products
- Strong project management skills, able to work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to collaborate successfully across global, diverse, and multi-cultural teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Product management, requirements writing, time-management, and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Data analytics skills
- Understanding of ESG regulatory requirements applicability for financial market participants
- Interest in topics related to human rights and modern slavery, in the context of portfolio risk monitoring and investor engagement
