Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for Consultant – Associate Director level Ecologists to join our team and help drive forward an inspiring culture and impactful work.

The role

As an Ecologist you’ll take on a pivotal role within the team. Senior/Principal level ecologists will be leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the success of high-profile initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to:

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience in UK habitat and protected species assessments
  • Proven ability in report writing, quality assurance, and technical leadership
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice standards
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
  • Experience with project management and line management responsibilities
  • Relevant degree (postgraduate preferred) in ecology or related discipline
  • Survey and/or mitigation licences )
  • A proactive, flexible approach with excellent attention to detail
