We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sustainability Manager to join our team and drive the integration of sustainable practices across all our projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our corporate goals and industry best practices. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to promote environmentally responsible practices, reduce our carbon footprint, and enhance the sustainability of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability policies and initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments and audits on projects to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with project teams to integrate sustainable design and construction practices into projects.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource management.
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide training on sustainability best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to sustainability in construction.
  • Lead outreach and community engagement initiatives related to sustainability efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to conduct sustainability assessments and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Experience with sustainability certification programs (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for environmental stewardship and advancing sustainable practices in the industry.
