How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will lead and support change processes that enhance environmental compliance across products and operations.
  • Collaborate with business units to implement energy-related change projects that drive energy efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities to align energy and environmental initiatives with product and value stream operations.
  • Conduct energy and environmental audits, providing insights to improve performance and sustainability.
  • Develop and support policies and procedures aimed at resource conservation and energy management.
  • Keep accurate records of energy usage and communicate performance data to stakeholders, driving actionable improvements.

  • You possess strong numerical and analytical skills, enabling you to assess energy performance effectively.
  • Your change management experience equips you to influence and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills allow you to present cases logically and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • You have a solid understanding of carbon management solutions and can provide practical advice to support sustainability efforts.
  • Your knowledge of ISO 50001 and 14001 standards enhances your ability to contribute to our energy management strategies.
  • You are enthusiastic about renewable energy issues and have the potential to educate and train others in energy efficiency practices.

This role involves international travel to locations including Germany, China, the US, Norway, the UK, and Mexico, with potential for additional destinations in the future.
