Sustainability and Environmental Co-ordinator

Through this, we are currently recruiting for a SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL CO-ORDINATOR to join our Sustainability & Experience team.

An exciting and impactful role working with internal teams, and external partners, to understand our impact in Scope 1, 2 and 3 and develop initiatives and increase awareness regarding sustainability with our colleagues, suppliers, customers and our local communities.

We have been on a really exciting journey over the last 2 years in this area with a focus on People, Planet, Product and Parenting and implementing for example, our Future Conscious events, volunteering programme, energy efficiency campaign and sustainability forum so are looking for someone to come and join our People Experience team to engage, make a difference and bring new ideas to life.

Adding to this, Horizon scanning for future impacts in Sustainability and Environment including reporting requirements such as packaging, energy and electrical waste. Plus, collaborating with other functions to spread the word about our sustainability programme and actively engaging in the community to integrate sustainability considerations into their operations and decision making processes.
