Overview
As Regional Sustainability Controller, you will support the end‑to‑end sustainability reporting process for all Region West entities. You will coordinate data collection, maintain evidence and reporting packs, support Position Green submissions, and ensure that sustainability information is complete, accurate and audit‑ready.
You will work closely with the Regional Sustainability Specialist and local company reporting contacts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sustainability reporting timelines, trackers and follow‑ups across all UK and Ireland entities.
- Collect, organise and maintain source data (utilities, waste, fleet, ERP exports, supplier information, etc.).
- Ensure strong evidence control with clear traceability and audit‑ready documentation.
- Support Position Green entries, completeness checks and submission preparation.
- Produce first‑draft reconciliations, variance notes and commentary.
- Maintain data quality, version control and structured file management in SharePoint/Teams.
- Provide administrative support for wider sustainability tasks (EcoVadis, EPD/LCA data, packaging files, CBAM, customer questionnaires).
- Assist with continuous improvement of templates, processes and reporting tools.
About You
- Experience in sustainability reporting support, ESG admin, document control, finance, data coordination or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Confident engaging with internal stakeholders and following up on outstanding information.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental reporting; familiarity with Position Green, Power BI or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
