We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilise new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Group Sustainability Analyst to join our team at Cowick on a fixed-term contract for 18 months to play a key role in collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainable sourcing data. Insights generated in this role will directly support the delivery of Croda’s Net Zero commitments and Science-Based Targets.

The successful candidate will work confidently with data and data visualisation to communicate insights effectively ensuring sustainability data adds value and supports decision-making across the business.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A “can-do” attitude and self-starter.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Detail orientated, analytical and critical thinking.
  • Basic understanding of sustainability or ESG concepts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in sustainability, ESG, or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to greenhouse gas accounting or ESG reporting frameworks.
