The post holder will guide voluntary organisations in West Surrey on all aspects of fundraising, with a special focus on developing sustainable fundraising and business strategies. This will ensure that the organisations are on solid foundations to meet the needs and challenges of the future 

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to take on the role of Funding and Sustainability Officer. In this role, you will guide voluntary organisations in West Surrey on all aspects of fundraising, with a special focus on developing sustainable fundraising and business strategies. Your work will ensure that organisations are on solid foundations to meet the needs and challenges of the future.

Location & Benefits 

These are both office-based roles, although the expectation is that you will be visiting organisations across Northwest Surrey.

Benefits include an enhanced pension scheme with 8% employer contribution and the equivalent of 5 working weeks’ annual leave a year, plus normal bank holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year. Private Medical cover on successful completion of probation.
