We’re now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ESG Manager to join our established Quality & Compliance Team.
This is a hybrid role involving a mix of remote working, regular travel to sites and client presentations nationwide, office attendance in Bristol 1–2 days per week. Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s commute of Bristol.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career or ready to take the next step who is ISO-aware and trained to Internal Auditor level in:
✔ ISO 9001 – Quality
✔ ISO 14001 – Environmental
✔ ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting national contract mobilisations, audits, and continuous improvement across a wide geographical footprint.
About You
- A confident and personable individual with strong client-facing skills
- Flexible approach to national travel in line with business and client needs
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or H&S
- Knowledge of UK regulations and ESG frameworks
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Ability to turn strategy into practical, operational delivery
