Overview
The role is key to delivering our Homes Strategy. You’ll be an enthusiastic leader driving a strategic approach to investment in our homes. You’ll enjoy leading and collaborating to achieve ambitious results and be confident in proposing innovative approaches.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading on delivery of our Homes Strategy including all areas of proactive asset management and sustainability.
- Providing strong financial management of the investment and sustainability programmes including preparing successful grant funding bids for investment in homes.
- Ensuring good quality data is available and assets to support investment decisions and tenant expectations in relation to our homes
- Identifying and managing strategic and operational risks associated with all areas of proactive asset management and sustainability.
- Ensuring great consultation and clear and timely communication with tenants and stakeholders across all areas of investment in homes.
- Preparing and presenting reports for the Executive Management Team, Boards, tenants and colleagues.
- Contributing as part of the decision-making Senior Leadership Team across all areas of ForHousing activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Energy and enthusiasm to meet challenges and deliver for our tenants.
- Senior level experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications – MCIOB, MRICS, or MCIOH would be beneficial.
- A collaborative and strategic approach.
