Become a Wellbeing Walk Leader
Open to current University of Worcester students
Pay: £12.21/hr + £1.71/hr holiday pay
Hours: Part-time (approx. 1 hour per walk with 1 hour preparation/evaluation time), 16 walks planned
Department: School of Health & Wellbeing (in partnership with Worcester Community Rail Partnership)
Are you passionate about wellbeing, nature, and making a difference?
We’re looking for reliable walk leaders who can commit to agreed dates, communicate promptly with the project coordinator, and stay responsive to participant needs. This role calls for dedication, professionalism, and the flexibility to adjust availability when the project requires it.
Join our team of 10 student Wellbeing Walk Leaders to guide friendly, inclusive walks along Worcester’s Rail Trails.
You’ll help university students and staff connect with nature, boost mental health, and explore sustainable travel—while gaining paid experience and leadership skills.
