Overview
This role supports the SVP of Impact & Sustainability in developing, running, and promoting LIV Golf’s positive social and environmental programs globally.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Program & Event Support:
- Assist with planning and coordinating social impact and sustainability initiatives across LIV Golf events.
- Prepare pre-event materials including schedules, partner confirmations, checklists, and logistics documentation.
- Support delivery of community activities such as youth programs, volunteer efforts, meet-and-greets, and ticket donation initiatives.
Partner & Vendor Coordination:
- Act as a day-to-day contact for local charities, nonprofits, educational partners, and sustainability organizations.
- Coordinate with event operations teams, Fan Village vendors, and communications agencies to ensure smooth activation of programs.
- Support partner onboarding and alignment with LIV Golf’s impact objectives.
On-Site Delivery:
- Serve as an on-site coordinator for all impact and sustainability activations during events.
- Work closely with internal teams (Events, Security, Marketing, Comms, Teams) to ensure seamless execution.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to keep plans on track.
Project Management & Reporting:
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support impact measurement, surveys, and sustainability data collection.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and post-event summaries.
Internal Engagement:
- Help encourage employee involvement in impact and sustainability programs.
- Support internal communications and scheduling related to impact initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in events, sports, or live entertainment.
- Understanding of ESG, sustainability, or social impact reporting (advantage but not required).
- Proven strong project management skills to see projects through to completion.
- Ability to clearly analyse and explain complex Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues to any audience.
- Strategic mindset, with ability to problem solve, work at pace, and balance the long-term vision with short term delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- You must be a self-starter, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong people skills for building trusting relationships with various internal and external groups.
- Skilled at writing reports for both technical and non-technical readers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to prioritize and handle work under tight deadlines.
- Local and international travel is required.
