This role is a training role for a new starter with the appropriate academic qualifications, but lacking industry experience. It is intended to provide a challenging program of development for the individual whilst also ensuring they contribute to the financial success of the business whilst training

Duties:

  • To shadow various staff members, participating in on-the-job training, attending meetings, and traveling to other working environments (e.g. offices / client sites) to gain practical experience in sustainability / supply chain auditing.
  • Learn about various aspects of the Business Assurance business, such as sustainability, supply chain, in order to develop and strengthen your experience and understanding of the business
  • To assist in the project management of sustainability and supply-chain programmes, as well as to learn to deliver professional audits and verifications activities in accordance SGS’ procedures to enable delivery of services that meet customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • Completing a fully comprehensive 2 year training program tailored to your needs

Qualifications:

  • First degree or equivalent in relevant sustainability subject or any first degree plus relevant Master’s
  • Full Driving Licence for use in the UK.
  • Strong interest in Sustainability
