ESG | Sustainability Reporting Program Specialist

The Program Specialist, will report into the Program Manager (ESG reporting) and will work alongside the Group Sustainability Team Director to support in compiling relevant reports and analyses.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of our internal and external disclosures to meet stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate the implementation and operation of new ESG data management system for the Group Sustainability Team
• Support cross-functional and operational inputs to reporting
• Support opportunities to use assurance to further enhance the credibility of ERM’s Positive Impact Plan
• Contribute to the development of our reporting metrics

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in related discipline

Capabilities/skills:

• Ideally, experience of working in ESG context and foundational understanding of ESG reporting landscape
• Strong verbal and written English
• Experience of program management and report writing
• Good stakeholder engagement skills
• Agile thinker and solution-orientated
• Strong proficiency in Office apps and ideally, knowledge of data management systems
